Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may register an Account and use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old, or older if the legal age for gambling in your place of residence is higher. By registering, you warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age.
- Jurisdictional responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws. This includes, for Australian residents or persons located in Australia, understanding the effects of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 and any ACMA blocking orders.
- One account per person: You may hold only one Account with Fafabet 9. Creating multiple Accounts, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of balances and Bonuses.
- Prohibited users: Employees of the Operator, its affiliates, game providers or contractors, and any person located in a Restricted Territory where the Operator determines it will not offer Services, may not open an Account.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing at minimum your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address, chosen username and password, and any other details requested.
- Email and/or phone verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and, where applicable, your phone number, by responding to verification links, codes or one-time passwords sent to you.
- KYC documentation: Before enabling deposits, withdrawals or at any time thereafter, the Operator may require you to submit KYC documents (e.g. passport, national ID card, driver licence, proof of address, bank or e-wallet statements, and where relevant, proof of source of funds or wealth). You must provide legible, accurate and up-to-date documents within the timeframes requested.
- Review and approval: The Operator reserves the right to reject any registration, suspend the opening of an Account, or require further information, without obligation to provide reasons, particularly where identity, age or jurisdictional eligibility cannot be verified.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with Fafabet 9 is accurate, complete and not misleading. You must promptly update your Account details upon any change.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other authentication credentials. You must not disclose them to any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account.
- Unauthorised access: You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your permission, or used in any fraudulent or unauthorised manner. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use occurring before you notify it.
- Use for own benefit: You may use your Account only on your own behalf and for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You may not act as agent, trustee or nominee for any other person, nor use the Account for commercial, professional, syndicate or arbitrage betting activities.
- AML / CTF compliance: You agree to cooperate with all reasonable requests to provide information and documentation to assist the Operator in complying with AML / CTF, KYC and related obligations in its licensing jurisdiction. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or closure of your Account and reporting of suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Participation
- Availability of games: The range of games and betting markets available via fafabet9-aussie.com may change from time to time. Some games may be provided by third-party software suppliers located in offshore jurisdictions. Game rules and paytables are accessible within each game and form part of these Terms.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or betting market will display its own minimum and maximum stake limits. You may not place Bets outside those limits. The Operator may adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your Account history. If any dispute arises as to whether a Bet has been placed, the Operator's server logs will be deemed conclusive, subject only to obvious error.
- Order of balance usage: Unless otherwise specified, Bets are placed from your Real Money Balance first, followed by Bonus Funds where applicable. Specific Bonus rules may override this general principle.
- Game fairness: Games are intended to operate using random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by third-party providers. Although some providers may hold certifications, there is no independent guarantee that all games accessible via fafabet9-aussie.com are certified for fairness under Australian standards.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted and the game round or event has commenced, you generally cannot cancel, change or withdraw the Bet.
- Operator-driven voiding: The Operator may void, cancel, or adjust Bets, and/or withhold winnings, where:
- There is a clear technical error, malfunction, misconfiguration or software bug that affects the display of odds, paytables, results or balances;
- A game round has been corrupted or interrupted due to network failure, server error or third-party platform issues;
- The Bet was placed in breach of these Terms, Bonus conditions, or in contravention of applicable law or AML / CTF guidelines;
- The Operator reasonably suspects collusion, fraud, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, arbitrage, use of bots or automated tools, or other prohibited conduct.
- Error correction: If an error (including a payout error) is identified, the Operator may retrospectively correct Account balances to the amounts that would have applied in the absence of the error. Where excess funds have been credited to you, you must promptly return them upon request and you agree that the Operator may deduct such amounts from your Account.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Across the Website
- Respectful behaviour: When using live dealer games, chat functions or any interactive features, you must behave respectfully and not:
- Harass, insult, threaten, defame or abuse other Players, dealers or staff;
- Use discriminatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, hateful, obscene or otherwise offensive language;
- Promote violence, illegal activities or extremist content.
- Prohibition of fraud and unfair advantage: You must not:
- Use bots, scripts, AI agents, automated betting software or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploit software bugs, glitches, platform vulnerabilities or incomplete game configurations for profit;
- Collude with other Players or third parties to manipulate outcomes, share hole-card information or coordinate betting patterns.
- Account misuse: You must not sell, transfer or acquire Accounts; engage in chip dumping or balance transfers with other Players; or use stolen payment instruments or identities.
- Consequences of misconduct: In cases of suspected misconduct, the Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, void Bets, confiscate Bonuses and winnings, and, where required by law, report the behaviour to relevant authorities in the Operator's jurisdiction.
Bonus Terms
Activation and Eligibility
- Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion advertised on fafabet9-aussie.com is subject to specific terms set out in the relevant offer description (e.g. minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, eligible games, expiry dates). These offer-specific terms apply in addition to these general Bonus Terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to new Players, existing Players, Players from particular countries, or Players who meet certain activity criteria. The Operator may refuse to grant or may withdraw a Bonus if you do not meet the eligibility conditions or if it reasonably suspects promotional abuse.
- Bonus activation: Some Bonuses require the entry of a bonus code or manual "opt-in"; others may be credited automatically upon qualifying deposit or action. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Bonus has been correctly applied before placing Bets intended to count towards the promotion.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Standard wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, Bonuses and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a typical requirement might be 30x the Bonus amount, 30x the deposit plus Bonus, or another figure expressly stated in the offer. These examples are illustrative only; you must consult the actual terms of each promotion.
- Contribution of games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Commonly:
- Most video slots: 100% of stake value;
- Table games, live casino, video poker: 0 - 25% of stake value (often excluded or heavily reduced);
- Specific games: may be fully excluded from wagering.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must typically be completed within a stated period (e.g. 7 - 30 days from crediting). Any Bonus Funds or winnings not meeting wagering requirements within the specified timeframe may be forfeited. All such periods are deemed to extend no later than 31 December 2026 for promotions explicitly referencing validity through 2026; otherwise, they apply as stated in each offer.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Bonus abuse patterns: The Operator may classify behaviour as Bonus abuse, including (without limitation):
- Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once;
- Cooperating with other Players to exploit Bonuses (e.g. through matched betting or hedge strategies);
- Placing large Bets in excess of the maximum allowed Bet size while wagering a Bonus;
- Low-risk betting strategies (e.g. covering a high proportion of outcomes on roulette) designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering;
- Depositing primarily for the purpose of withdrawing Bonus Funds without genuine gameplay.
- Maximum bet while wagering: The specific Bonus rules may limit the maximum allowed stake per spin, hand or game round while wagering a Bonus (e.g. the lower of AUD 7.50 or 10% of the Bonus amount). Stakes above this during wagering may lead to confiscation of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
- Game restrictions: Some games or categories (e.g. progressive jackpots, certain high-variance slots, table games, live dealer games) may be excluded from wagering with Bonus Funds. Bets on such games may not count towards wagering requirements, and winnings may be confiscated if the restriction is breached.
Combining Promotions and General Bonus Conditions
- No automatic combination: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus per Player and per Account is typically allowed at any time.
- Order of use: Where you have an active Bonus, Real Money Funds are usually staked first, followed by Bonus Funds. Winnings may be split between Real Money and Bonus balances, depending on the promotion's structure.
- Right to modify or cancel: The Operator may amend, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time, including for individual Players, where necessary to prevent abuse or comply with applicable law or regulator guidance in the Operator's jurisdiction. Such changes will not affect rights already exercised, but may impact ongoing promotional participation.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: Subject to availability in your location, you may deposit using bank cards, e-wallets, vouchers, bank transfers and potentially certain cryptocurrencies. Specific options, providers, limits and fees will be displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
- Ownership of payment instruments: You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party cards, accounts or wallets is strictly prohibited and may result in reversal of transactions and Account closure.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and may vary by method and currency. Limits will be displayed in the cashier. The Operator may adjust limits at its discretion.
- Fees and charges: The Operator may apply processing fees to certain deposits. In addition, your bank, card issuer, e-wallet or crypto exchange may impose its own fees or currency conversion charges, which you bear.
- Availability of funds: Deposited funds will generally be credited to your Account shortly after confirmation of the transaction. However, delays may occur due to payment network processing times, additional AML checks, or technical issues.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal method and "closed loop": Where feasible, withdrawals should be made via the same method and in the same currency used for deposit (closed-loop policy). If this is not possible, the Operator may request an alternative method in your name only.
- KYC before payout: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require completion of KYC checks. This may involve submission or re-submission of identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended or reversed pending satisfactory verification.
- Limits and processing times: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts and the typical processing times (e.g. 1 - 5 business days) are displayed in the cashier. Actual receipt times depend on payment providers and intermediaries and are outside the Operator's direct control.
- Pending and reversible withdrawals: Some withdrawals may remain in a pending state for a defined period during which you may be able to cancel the request. Once approved and processed, withdrawals generally cannot be reversed.
- Fees: The Operator may apply administrative or transaction fees to withdrawals, particularly multiple small withdrawals within a short period. Any such fees will be transparently indicated where practicable.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Treatment of Bets & Bonuses
- Refund of deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets. In limited circumstances (e.g. clear technical error, duplicate deposit), the Operator may consider a refund at its discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.
- Refund of Bets and Bonuses: If a Bet is voided or a game round is invalidated due to technical failures, malfunctions or other reasons specified in these Terms, the Operator may return the original Stake to your Account or adjust your balance to its correct state. Bonus Funds may be removed where the underlying conditions were not legitimately met.
- Chargebacks and reversals: You agree not to attempt to revoke, charge back or otherwise reverse any payment legitimately made to the Operator. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may:
- Deduct the amount of the chargeback and associated fees from your Account balance;
- Close or suspend your Account and any related Accounts;
- Report the matter to relevant authorities, banks, card schemes, payment processors and credit reference agencies.
- Currency and conversion: If your Account operates in a different currency from your payment method, deposits and withdrawals may be subject to currency conversion at prevailing rates of the Operator's payment providers. You bear the risk of exchange rate fluctuations.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Provision of Services: The Operator will use reasonable efforts, consistent with its offshore licensing obligations, to:
- Maintain the availability and functionality of the Website and Services, subject to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and network limitations;
- Ensure that accepted Bets are recorded correctly and that games are resolved according to their published rules and paytables;
- Address reported technical issues and errors within a reasonable time.
- Fairness of games: The Operator intends to provide games that operate fairly and as described. However, as an offshore operator, it is not subject to Australian testing or certification standards, and some games may not have been independently certified under frameworks recognised in Australia.
- Account funds: The Operator will maintain internal records of your Account balance but does not provide any guarantee, trust, or segregated account protection equivalent to regulated Australian financial products or licensed local gambling structures.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical issues: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- Technical failures, malfunctions, network interruptions, delays, data loss, service outages or communication errors affecting the Website, games or payment processing;
- Defects or failures of any equipment or software you use to access the Services;
- Incompatibility between your devices or internet connection and the Website or game software.
- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, including payment providers, game suppliers, internet service providers, or regulators (such as ACMA) that may block access to the Website or Services.
- Regulatory and geo-blocking risks: You acknowledge that, particularly in Australia, regulators may order internet service providers to block access to websites considered to be offering illegal or unlicensed gambling. The Operator is not liable for any losses, inability to access your Account, or disruption of Services arising from such blocking orders.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Cap on Liability
- Maximum compensation: Subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising from or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the higher of:
- The amount of the disputed Bet or Stake; or
- The total Real Money amount you have deposited to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to an absolute maximum equivalent of AUD 5,000.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law governing these Terms. However, because the Operator is offshore and not authorised in Australia, you may have limited or no practical recourse in Australian courts or tribunals.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, sounds, music, artwork, animations, software code and any related documentation, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or game providers.
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any part of the Website, its software or its content;
- Distribute, transmit, publish, display, perform, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise exploit any content or software from the Website;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
- Trademarks: "Fafabet 9", "fafabet9-aussie.com", and any associated logos and brand elements used on the Website are trademarks (registered or unregistered) of the Operator or its licensors. You acquire no rights to such marks by using the Website.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of fafabet9-aussie.com are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Privacy Policy.
- Processing of data: Your personal data may be processed on servers located outside Australia, including in Curaçao or other offshore locations, in accordance with the Operator's internal policies and any applicable laws in its licensing jurisdiction. The Operator is not subject to the Australian Privacy Principles or other Australian data protection frameworks.
- AML / KYC processing: The Operator may process and retain copies of identity documents, proof of address, payment details and transaction histories for KYC, AML / CTF and fraud prevention purposes for as long as reasonably necessary or required by law in its jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify, update or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in its Services, regulatory requirements in its jurisdiction, technical developments, or for any other reasonable business purpose.
- Notification of changes: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable means to notify you, which may include:
- Posting an updated version of the Terms with a revised "effective date" at the top;
- Displaying a notification banner or pop-up upon your next login;
- Sending an email to the address associated with your Account, where available.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Real Money balance.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or terminate your Account, and/or withhold or confiscate funds, where it reasonably believes that:
- You have breached these Terms, Bonus rules, game rules or any applicable law;
- You have provided false, incomplete or misleading information, or failed KYC or verification checks;
- Your Account is associated with fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, payment card or account theft, chargebacks, or other criminal or suspicious activity;
- You have engaged in collusion, use of bots or software manipulation, exploitation of bugs or game vulnerabilities, or other unfair practices;
- Your use of the Services in or from a particular jurisdiction creates unacceptable legal, regulatory or reputational risks for the Operator.
- Immediate suspension: In urgent cases, the Operator may suspend your Account without prior notice while it conducts an investigation.
Player-Initiated Closure
- Requesting closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support through the Website (e.g. via contact form or email, where available). The Operator may ask for confirmation or additional verification before proceeding.
- Remaining balances: Upon Account closure, and subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC checks and investigation of suspected breaches, the Operator will aim to pay out any eligible Real Money balance to you using an approved payment method, less any applicable fees or chargebacks.
Effects of Termination or Suspension
- Use of Services: During suspension, you may be prevented from logging in, depositing, withdrawing or placing Bets. In the case of permanent termination, your Account will be closed and access to the Services revoked.
- Bonuses and winnings: The Operator may cancel active Bonuses and void associated winnings where termination or suspension arises from serious breach, fraud, AML / CTF concerns or bonus abuse.
- Record retention: The Operator may retain your personal data, transaction history and related information for legal, regulatory, AML / CTF and internal risk management purposes for the period required or permitted under the law of its jurisdiction.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao (or another offshore jurisdiction specified by the Operator in its legal footer from time to time), excluding any conflict of law rules that would result in the application of another law.
- Non-application of Australian law: You acknowledge that the Operator is not located in Australia, is not licensed by any Australian regulator, and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts or tribunals in relation to these Terms, notwithstanding that your use of the Services from within Australia may expose you to regulatory risks under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 and ACMA enforcement activities.
- Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute, you should first contact customer support through the channels listed on the Website, providing full details and relevant evidence. The Operator will attempt to resolve your complaint internally.
- Courts and/or arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be submitted to:
- The competent courts of Curaçao (or such other offshore jurisdiction as may be specified by the Operator); or
- At the Operator's option, an arbitration or alternative dispute resolution mechanism recognised in its jurisdiction of incorporation or licensing.
Contact Information
The following contact details are provided for general queries, customer support and legal correspondence related to your use of fafabet9-aussie.com. Because this is an offshore operator with limited public corporate disclosure, some details are not specified or may change over time. You should always consult the Website for the most current contact options.
- Website: https://fafabet9-aussie.com
- Customer Support Email: Not specifically provided in the available data. Where an email address or live chat is displayed in the "Contact" or "Support" section of the Website, that should be used for:
- Account and registration queries;
- Deposit and withdrawal questions;
- Bonus and promotion issues;
- Technical or gameplay problems.
- Phone Support: No phone number is specified in the available data. If a phone number is displayed on the Website as official support, that number will supersede this statement.
- Mailing / Legal Address: Not specified in the information available for fafabet9-aussie.com or Fafabet 9. Any legal notices should be submitted electronically via the contact options provided on the Website, unless and until a formal registered address is published there.
- Author / Site Content Contact: For editorial or informational content hosted on review or affiliate sites related to Fafabet 9 (e.g. explanatory reviews authored by Jessica Thompson), contact details may be provided on those review sites separately from the Operator's own support channels and should not be confused with official casino support.
Important: Because of the offshore nature of the Operator and the grey-market status of online gambling services offered to persons in Australia, effective contact, complaint escalation, and enforcement options may be limited. You should carefully consider these limitations, the lack of Australian licensing or oversight, and the potential for ACMA blocking orders before deciding to use the Services provided via fafabet9-aussie.com.
